What’s it all about?

Our no nonsense Headhunting and Recruitment services will find you the right people to fill key roles within 6 – 9 weeks of accepting the assignment. With extensive national and International networks and personal contacts we deliver at less than half the cost of our main competitors, with all the professionalism you’d expect from a Top Headhunting and Recruitment provider.

We offer a fixed fee from as little as £6,000* with no hidden extras!

It’s as easy as flying Easy Jet, but the sandwich comes as standard!

Inclusive in this fixed fee we;

• Take a job brief including job and person spec
• Carry out a search assignment (head hunting & database search) 
• Shortlist and interview candidates
• Provide you with a shortlist of up to three qualified candidates
• Psychometrically evaluate shortlisted candidates
• Attend first interviews with you
• Debrief candidates and provide feedback
• Obtain candidate references
• Manage offer and any negotiations
• Follow up with candidate 4 weeks after start and provide feedback

Performance at no extra cost – because it matters

To keep us on track we operate to key performance milestones supported by a Service Level Agreement to ensure a consistently high quality service which is second to none.

Fee Structure – menu with no hidden extras*

Fixed £6K for base salaries up to £60k.
Fixed £9k fee for salaries between £60k and £90k
Fixed £12k fee for salaries in excess of £90k

Out of Pocket Expenses up to £500 included
Fees, plus VAT at 17.5% T&C’s apply

Everything as “standard” – all you’d expect and more

No advertising or Job Board costs passed on to you
