Is a sales training process designed with all companies in mind, from SME’s, mid corporate and large multi-nationals? It takes away the issue of lost information, since all the materials the delegates saw at the workshop are now available online.
There are, as the name implies, seven steps, but these are over 10 online modules. They are available to purchase online for those that want to simply learn that way, but are best used as reinforcement to what was covered on the workshop.
How it works
We jointly formulate a package that suits both your needs and budget. It might be one workshop followed by a selection of online modules. Or it might be a series of modules where the information is released online to the delegates once they have attended the workshop. Either way it is designed in consultation with you, and to meet the needs of your business.
What's in the workshops?
The workshops are both motivational and practical.
They are motivational because:

What is online?
The online training consists of:
- Seven Steps, over ten modules.
- A pre-test.
- Voiced over materials and interactions that you can either allow to run, or go through at your own pace, revisiting any areas of particular interest.
- Practical tips that you can use to make immediate quick wins.
- Comprehensive note sets for download and printing.
- Extra materials for download.
- Timed tests with changing questions, to test the way the material has been learned.
What management material is available?
This depends on your choice. You can still get the statistics you need, but how you get them varies. That is because we can:
- Load the materials on your own SCORM compliant learning management system (LMS) if you have one.
- Give you your own dedicated site on our system.
- Use our general system that most people use.
You will be able to see statistics on line if the material is on your own LMS. This is also true if you elect for your own site on our system. If not, you request them, and they are emailed to you monthly. You can see:
- Login statistics
- Individual test statistics
- Test statistics by module
These give you up to date information on who is making the effort to learn, and develop training needs. You can correlate test results with sales results to see how the two match up.
